Room on Small Holding

Hi, I own a small holding of 10 acres in the Scottish Borders. The house is a bungalow with gas central heating, double glazing throughout and a lovely big conservatory with large decking out the front, looking out onto open fields.
There is just me and my 3 dogs living in the house.
My business takes me away from home regularly and ideally I'm looking for somebody who is happy to look after the dogs while I'm away.
There are livery horse owners here that can let the dogs out during the day, so that's no problem, but they would need to be fed their breakfast and tea.
The good thing is that the rentee will have the whole house to themselves while I'm away (usually for a week or so, but sometimes for a month or so).
The rent would be the same each month, whether I am here or not.
There is 10 acres of grass surrounding the property and it's lovely and quiet.

Berwick is 3 miles away and the East Coast line takes 40mins to Edinburgh and 40mins to Newcastle.

There is DIY horse livery available here, so this could also be an option for someone with a horse.
