Double unfurnished room to let

I recently moved into my new flat and i have a spare double room however it is not furnished i could get a double bed for it if required im looking for someone clean, trustworthy and considerate as i work long hours i leave about 1pm and not back till around 10pm bills are included in the 250 a month which is to be paid when moving in no deposit is required i havmt got WiFi however is going to get put in and there is sky in the main living room
