There is a direct bus route to Newcastle from just around the corner, costing £2. The kitchen is fully kitted and you will have access to a smart washer and dryer, fridge-freezer and cooking facilities. The upstairs bathroom is modern and there is a handy downstairs cloakroom cloakroom too. Unfortunately we have no pets. References are required.
