Double room with ensuite near Newsham Station

Professional couple offering a clean double room with ensuite in new build house. All bills included. Short stays are welcome.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, armchair, large wardrobe and desk. There is also a TV point, if needed. Enjoy your privacy as the room has its own ensuite shower with a window and LED mirror.

In terms of shared spaces:
- A “cinema” room upstairs with nice cinema-style seating and a smart TV, which you can use as a ‘living room’
- Main living room downstairs
- Downstairs WC
- Kitchen diner, with an induction hob, oven, air fryer, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and TV
- Utility room with sink and washer dryer
- Double garage with home gym and extra fridge freezer
- Boarded loft for extra storage
- Large back garden (although it’s a bit minimal at the moment!)
- Off-road parking

The house has ultra fast full fibre broadband (BT Fibre 900). Newsham Station is only 6-8 minutes’ walk away, with trains every half an hour to Newcastle (~25 min journey). Nearby bus stops and shops. We have a Ring doorbell and ADT alarm system for security. Cleaner to be provided.

We mostly work from home. We’re looking for a professional person or mature student who’ll be happy to respect our house, and whose privacy we can in turn respect.
