Supported Accommodation Rooms

Horizons North East currently have rooms available in the Blyth and Cramlington areas of Northumberland, available at no upfront cost.

Each of our properties has an assigned support and wellbeing mentor to ensure our properties are safe, clean and pleasant places to live. All bills, including fibre broadband and cleaning products are included within the rent.

Rent ranges from: £86.66 - £152 a month depending on the size of the room and the financial circumstances of the individual applying.

To be eligible for our accommodation, you must be in receipt of Universal Credit or another income related benefit. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider applications from those in full time employment or in full time University Education.

Safer Estates background checks are carried out on every applicant. Applicants with a history of offences against children or sexual offences will not be considered.
