Double Room With En-Suite In Farmhouse

Double room with en-suite in a large farmhouse that is lived in by myself and my 10 year old son. There is a large kitchen/diner, a utility room, pantry, large sitting room. There is also 1 dog and 1 cat.

The house is in a quiet location on a farm with a large garden and would suit someone who enjoys the countryside. There is plenty of parking, you will need a car. Easy access onto the A1 for commuting.

I work from home in the farm office which is also in the house. I enjoy going to the gym, yoga, cooking, walking the dog and being outside.

There is good 4G internet.

No couples or pets. Females preferred.
