Marcus and Vicki are friendly :-) and helpful live out landlords who manage the property themselves. Marcus has been part of the national residential landlords association for the last 15 years.
We have a Whatsapp group for the house to post any messages to the household and landlords.
The communal areas of the house will be cleaned weekly as part of the tenancy agreement.
There is ample parking in front of the main doors to the property and visitor parking at the end of the road.
