Double room

We have a double room available, it is fully furnished, carpeted and it has blackout curtains. It is on the south facing back of the house so it is lovely and light, and quiet.
There is ample on street parking, front and back gardens, shared bathroom, toilet, utility room, dining room, reception room, single room, living room and kitchen. It is in a handy location for transport to Hexham and Newcastle and is close to restaurants and good pubs.

We have a very friendly cat and two chinchillas, so you must like animals! We both do shift work, including night shifts, so please be considerate and flexible. We are willing to negotiate if the room is only needed for a few nights a week. Short term lets considered, eg. for a work placement/rotation or students on short courses.
