Large static caravan for rent on 5 acres

Room 1 a double is available with a joining bathroom. The same bathroom is available with a separate entrance for room 2 which has twin beds. The caravan is a fully equipped older static caravan with kitchen and living room. It is situated in the countryside on the edge of a small village. In North Northumberland. 9 miles from kelso ,10 miles from Berwick and just over a mile from the small town of coldstream. The landlord of the caravan lives in the adjoining property and the caravan is an annex of this property.. Couples will be considered but at a higher rate (to be negotiated.) Pets will be considered but as I have two dogs of my own they will have to be friendly and compatible with my dogs, and chickens that are free range on the 5 acre site.. All bills are included. Caravan has electric Shower, electric heating and electric cooking. Sorry Lodgers not working will not be not considered..
