Double Room with En-suite in 3 Bed New Build

About the house: I moved into my new build back in June 2023 and had a housemate move in with me in December who is sadly moving areas now so am on the search for a potential new housemate. Pretty flexible about tenancy start dates but likely after July. It’s a 3 bed mid terrace in a group of 3 houses (my neighbours are all so lovely) in a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a drive for 2 cars and a good sized garden to the rear with a lawn and patio. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table and shelving unit. There’s a bathroom adjacent to the room which is only ever used by guests as I have an en-suite. Downstairs there is a spacious living room and kitchen plus a toilet off the hallway. The kitchen has integrated washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, cooker and dishwasher. I have subscriptions to Netflix, Prime and Disney plus which you can use on the TV. There is super fast broadband too. All bills are included in the rent.
It’s about a 20min walk to the shops/cinema/gym (or 2min drive), 15min walk to Northumberlandia, 10min walk to the bus stop and a 20min walk to the train station. Lots of running routes too. House is close to the A1 and A19 so very easy to get places. Newcastle city centre is a 20min drive. Alnwick and Hexham are 30min drive.

About me: I am a 29 year old female and work locally as a vet. I don’t have any pets of my own but my family dog does come to visit me, although she doesn’t stay over. My previous housemates can confirm I am very easy to live with and very laid back. I do love to socialise and go on adventures but I also like to have time to recharge my social battery like most people! I love to go walking, especially in the Cheviot hills. I used to work in a cinema so am a big film fan and I also love theatre. I like to bring the green inside so I do have quite a few houseplants and am building the outdoor plant collection up slowly too! It would be nice to have someone of a similar age but don’t mind too much.
