South facing double bedroom available in 2.5 bedroom house in quiet part of Ellington, less than 5 minutes drive from Cresswell beach, 20 minutes to Morpeth, 30 minutes to Alnwick.

Room will come with a double bed and bedside table, as well as access to all other amenities in the house. Small gravelled garden to the rear of the house with parking space and use of the garage along with myself. Room has been repainted since the pictures listed. Bathroom does have shower over bath.

Ideally looking for someone with no pets, but one friendly dog would be allowed as long as they get on with my cavalier spaniel. Professionals desired, vet students on their year placement welcome.
