Housemate wanted who works from home

Hello! My name is Charlotte and I recently adopted a dog, who is a very chill good boy. I will soon have a double bedroom available, and am looking for someone who works from home and who can hang out with the dog whilst I’m at work. There’s a train station, a coop, a pharmacy, a doctors and about 5 different pubs in the village! The drive to Newcastle is about 25mins, and we are 10 minutes away from Hadrians wall.

I’ve furnished the house myself, but your room would be unfurnished (although I do have a spare single bed if needed). The room would be 325 a month, which comes to about £500 with bills.

I’m very chilled and laid back. Love hiking, coffee and houseplants. I’m well up for a hike or beach trip at the weekend also. Starting to get into my surfing too! At the same time I’m happy to have my own space and company too!
