Double room in Northumberland Cottage

This is a large double room in an old cottage in a quiet village a few miles from Morpeth. The coast is about 15 minute drive away and there are great walks and bike rides just outside the front door.

The room has a king size bed, large walk-in wardrobe, bookcase and small desk. It is a quiet room as it overlooks the back garden and adjacent woods. Benefits include use of large shared bathroom, comfortable living room with wood burner, kitchen with AGA, private parking and large garden and conservatory. All bills (incl council tax) are included and the house is professionally cleaned regularly.

I am a professional in my mid thirties and work fairly long hours in Newcastle. My interests include swimming, cycling, hiking, running and going to the gym. I am keen to find a housemate of similar age, preferably professional and sporty and who may be interested in going on the occasional run, hike or bike ride together.
