This is my home, which I let out as an entire property while I am away. Or by the room when I am there.

When the entire property is let, all my personal items are secured away for your convenience.

If someone is looking for a room for a night or few days, or a house share for a few weeks, e. g. whilst on placement or a short contract, then I will be living there too, and I work from home in the day.

I am not looking for a permanent house share at this time. Just a few weeks at a time.

For short term house share - clean, tidy, minimalist professionals preferred please.

I take pride in keeping my home clutter-free, clean, fresh and tidy.

The house:

Bright, sunny, modernised, open plan house in a quiet, residential area, just a short walk into the lovely market town of Morpeth, and even closer to the train station, direct to Newcastle/Edinburgh/London

Three bedrooms in total.

Two double bedrooms both with comfortable king sized beds, and one single bedroom.

Upstairs bath/shower.

Downstairs is open plan, with modern kitchen, separate utility room, downstairs loo, and a sunny, south facing garden.

The house gets lots of sun pouring in through the patio doors.

If you have not visited Morpeth before, it is a lovely, friendly, sociable and thriving market town, with amazing facilities including:

- Bustling cafes, restaurants, bars and galleries
- Boutiques including The White Company, Phase Eight, Hobbs, Sea Salt, Olive Bonas, Crew Clothing, M&S and lots of independent stores
- A brand new state of the art public pool, spa and gym complex
- Hot Pod Yoga and a really friendly Parkrun

Nearby:

- 22 minute drive to Newcastle (including Freemans and RVI hospitals - for NHS staff looking for a home during placement)
- Long, sandy beaches are as close as 15 minutes by car, eg Creswell and Druridge Bay
- To the west are the hills, national park, and further afield, you can do day trips to the Lake District and Hadrian's Wall.
- There is a direct bus to Newcastle Airport nearby
- Morepth station is a 5min walk away - with direct trains to Newcastle, London, the South West, and Edinburgh.
