This is my home, which I let out as an entire property while I am away. Or occasionally by the room, when I am there.

For example, if someone is looking for an entire property for 10 days+, I then vacate and go away travelling. Personal items are secured away for your convenience.

If someone is looking for a room for a night or few days, or a house share for a few weeks, e. g. whilst on placement or a short contract, then I will be living there too, and I work from home in the day.

I am not looking for a permanent house share at this time. Just a few weeks at a time.

For short term house share - clean, tidy professionals only please.
I take pride in keeping my house clutter free, minimalist, fresh and tidy.

The house:

Bright, sunny, modernised, open plan house in a quiet, residential area, just a short walk into the lovely market town of Morpeth, and the train station, direct to Newcastle.

Three bedrooms in total.

Two double bedrooms both with comfortable king sized beds, and one single bedroom.

Upstairs bath/shower.

Downstairs is open plan, with modern kitchen, separate utility room, downstairs loo, and a sunny, south facing garden.

The house gets all day sun into the open plan kitchen diner.

Location:

If you have not visited Morpeth before, it is a lovely, friendly, sociable and thriving market town, with amazing facilities including:

- Bustling cafes, restaurants, bars and galleries
- Boutiques including The White Company, Phase Eight, Hobbs, Sea Salt, Olive Bonas, Crew Clothing, M&S and lots of independent stores
- A brand new state of the art public pool, spa and gym complex
- Hot Pod Yoga and a really friendly Parkrun

Nearby:

- 22 minute drive to Newcastle (including Freemans and RVI hospitals - for NHS staff looking for a home during placement)
- The beaches are as close as 15 minutes by car - long, sandy, beautiful beaches with castles, that run for miles and miles. No buildings in site - just long empty beaches with sand dunes.
- To the west are the hills, national park, and further afield, you can do day trips to the Lake District and Hadrian's Wall.
- Edinburgh is just over an hour and £14 by train
- There is a direct bus to Newcastle Airport nearby
