Monday to Friday let only - ( exception could be made for occasional change in shifts/adverse weather) a home from home. I anticipate that the person sharing would go home most weekends.

It is two minutes walk to the bus station and six to the train station with the commute to Newcastle 30 minutes on the bus and 15 on the train-easily accessible, bus stop 2 minute walk from the house . A new leisure centre with gym spa and pool is 2 minutes walk away too.
Parking off road and lovely garden for sitting in, if the weather ever warms up!
All bedding and towels, individual bath mats are supplied and laundered weekly.
The kitchen is well equipped if you enjoy cooking and supermarkets are on the doorstep.
Smoking must be done outside, if you are a smoker. No alcohol to be consumed on the premises.
The bed is a double and the room Is luxuriously furnished with a wall mounted smart television, Netflix, prime TV etc and super fast broadband too. There is a bathroom with power shower, adjacent to your room.
Shared use of the kitchen /lounge and all utensils provided, as is a dishwasher.
Ideally this would suit a professional / contractor/ mature student who travels away home at the weekends.
There is a cleaner once a week and no pets at the house.
