CoastGuard house gained its name from actually being the old house of the coastguard in the early 1900s .

Coastguard house is a traditional Victorian terrace house, built with all the grand old features of the 1890s ,

The location of the property is a 3 min stroll to the sweeping bay and golden sands of Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. Also within 3 min walk is the bars and restaurants , take aways and local amenities. Everything you require for a seaside getaway .

Walnut floors throughout with traditional radiators and open fireplaces in just about all rooms .

A spacious secluded back yard which gets the sun all day and a 6 person hot tub .

The bathroom has a walk in power shower and traditional roll top bath.
