Single room overlooking fields in semi-detached house available to let. Access to enclosed garden where veg and flowers grown. Access to PC and broadband included. Heating and lighting included. Meals not included but this can be discussed for extra cost.
We have three friendly dogs and a shared living room. Access to bikes and books for cycling. Good walks in the area. Ample fridge space and kitchen to prepare food. One shared bathroom and toilet. Netflix and TV available. Friendly neighbours. Quiet village with shops and good transport networks to nearest town and city.
Son will be going to university to live I. September so there will only be three people living here. We enjoy languages, adventures and travel yet all work full time.
