Bright and Spacious House Share

Hi Everyone,

I’m looking for a house mate to share my two bed house in Pegswood.

There is one bathroom, and toilet which are separate. The living room can be shared and also the kitchen, both the kitchen and bathroom have had a recent refurbishment there is also a dining area within the kitchen, new washer and dryer accessible to tenant. There is rear access to the property if required. Parking is available on the side of the terrace.

I have a small dog who has free roam of the property, he is extremely friendly and will not bother you at all.

The spare room I have has recently been painted and had new carpet fitted. I can leave it furnished but if not required I can remove anything you don’t want.

The neighbourhood is very quiet and everyone is friendly. I have lived here 22 years and all of those years have been positive.

£350 deposit and first months rent (£350) would be required to move in and £350 a month after that.
