Room to rent in 3 bed terraced house

Looking for someone to occupy a spare room. Room comes with storage space but no bed. 2 rooms to choose from.

I like to live a quiet life. I am into keeping fit and eating healthy. I keep my house nice and tidy. The house has plenty of room for an extra person. You must love and get on the with dogs as I have a little staffy called enzo. Very sweet little boy and is great at keeping the pigeons out the garden.

I work during the week and get in around 7 after my last walk with enzo. At this time I make my tea and like to have the living room to myself without sounding to selfish.

High speed virgin broadband is installed. All bills included in the rent.

I am looking for someone who is fairly quiet, kind, respectful, all in all just a nice person. I have a great relationship with my neighbours which I intend to continue with. No parties and no groups of people coming around as at the end of the day this is my home and I don’t want it feeling like anything else.

I have a drive which I park my car on. The street outside is narrow therefore anyone with a car would have to park just around the corner (40m away and it’s a safe street). Bus stop is around 100m away. Local convenience store 150m away. Loads of places to walk with a local rugby field which has a tennis court, park and basketball court.

I would prefer a female as they are generally more tidy, respectful and my dog gets on better with females.
