Double bedroom within executive house share

I have a very spacious 4 bed Victorian House, walking distance from Wansbeck riverside park. Ideal for anyone working at Wansbeck hospital.
I have one double room available to rent, there is currently one tenant in the property and I am there once or twice a month. So it will not be over crowded.
There is a driveway for one car and ample parking in front of the house for additional vehicles. Broadband is included free of charge along with all other bills and Sky TV.

The Bedroom is furnished with a brand new Queen size bed, a wardrobe and chest of draws. Rooms have been left very plain with plenty of space to allow whoever moves in to put their own stamp on it.
You will have access to a private lounge and the family bathroom, as the other room is en-suite then it’s likely that you will be the only one using the family bathroom. The kitchen and dining room are shared.

If COVID restrictions continue it will be possible for me to avoid visiting the house until the areas’ restrictions are relaxed. Face masks to be worn for viewings. Any questions please don’t hesitate to drop me a message.
