Ideal for professionals/students as only approx. 20min from Newcastle City centre and 10mins from Morpeth

Room is available 7 days per week, but if prefer Mon-Fri only, rate can be discussed.

Deposit negotiable.

Rent is normally £350 per month but I will give a discount for the first 2 months, so rent will be £320 per month.
