Room must be seen - it is delightful

My vintage and quirky 2 bedroom home has a good sized and fully furnished double bedroom available for renting.

There is a dining room, front room, kitchen, bathroom and garden area which can be shared between myself and the lodger. The lodger shall have their own bedroom as private space and use of the communal rooms also.

My home is decorated very vintage and retro - it has a burlesque pin up feel/shabby chic design. There is a lovely log burner in the front room which keeps the house toasty and warm.

I have cats.

I'm very open minded, honest and respectful. Ideally I am searching for someone who is professional, working and respectful. Someone who can reside in my lovely home with me - be respectful, keep things tidy and pay rent on time.

My house is in the old part of Annesley. The end of my garden over looks Annesley woods. It's a semi rural area. There are bus links from annesley to Hucknall, Mansfield, Kirkby, Ashfield and Nottingham. My house is a 5 minute drive from the motorway which is ideal for anyone who works in Derbyshire, Chesterfield, Nottinghamshire and Mansfield. Also my house is minutes walk away from the Annesley offices just off the motorway so is perfect for anyone whom works there. Despite being so close to these things it is very quiet and peaceful here.

I am charging £395 a month rent, plus £200 deposit which will be returned on exit to my property so long as there are no damages. The monthly rent covers: council tax, gas, electricity, water, sky tv (down stairs) and Wi-Fi. (No hidden bills)
I also provide toilet roll and cleaning products for use in my house.

Lodger to do their own cooking and food purchasing. Lodger also to clean up after themselves.

I am a none smoker and require the same in a lodger.
