Double room - All bills included

My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to rent a spare double room in our house. We currently rent it ourselves and have lived here a year already.

We have a large double room that we don’t use (with a huge built in wardrobe!) the doors are currently off the wardrobe but if you would like can put them on to look like the picture.

There is a shared bathroom and we have recently done up our garden too. We have a washing machine and tumble dryer that you will be able to use as well.

We do have an indoor cat, so would be asked to not let him out.

We are looking for a reasonably quiet housemate, however we don’t mind noise as long as it doesn’t keep up awake at night! We would like someone who will clean up after themselves and keep the shared rooms in the house clean as we will do this too.

We both work full time and are at home during the evenings. We are easy going and sociable people that are easy to talk to.
