The house is located on the border of Arnold, Mapperley and Gedling, close to Gedling Park and only a close drive from City Hospital, Mapperley Top and Arnold centre. Bus stop to the city centre is 1 minute away from the house and it takes around 25min to get to the city centre. The house is in an excellent condition and I would like to keep it that way. It is cosy and tidy, there is a garage to keep the bikes and a nice big garden for those summer days. There is a double bed, desk, and big built in wardrobe in the room. All bills are included. Short term lets accepted. Female preferred. Only one lodger.
