Double Room In a modern cozy home 🤍

I have a semi furnished double bedroom coming up in my modern, light and cozy home, the house is in Arnold (Nottingham) which has plenty of local shops, amenities and bars super close by, it’s a 2 min walk to the nearest main bus links that take you directly into the city centre, for drivers I have a drive and plenty of on street parking and we are about 15 mins drive from the city centre!

I am bubbly, friendly, laid back and super clean/tidy , im a working professional but does hybrid working so 2 days from the office 3 from home, I have another spare room that I was thinking of turning into a office but I’m open to suggestions on what we can do with the space.

I’m happy to become friends or if you’d prefer your own space then of course that is fine aswell, I’ve done this for around 4 years now and it’s always worked well so if you have any messages feel free to drop me a message and I can send you more details and extra pictures

I do have a 10 month puppy that lives with me, he’s completely and fully house trained and is my shadow so he shouldn’t bother you too much, wherever I am, he is too!😅 he’s a big teddy bear but thought it’s important to mention him at this point as he does come with the house!! 🥰
