Available 6th April – weekend of 10/11th October for a short-term stay while I’m on a sabbatical. £395/month, bills included, £300 deposit.

The downstairs kitchen/conservatory is being renovated into a modern open-plan space, and the bathroom is also being updated — everything will be brand new before you move in. Drive with parking available and built in electric charging also available on the drive.

You’ll be living with my 26-year-old brother, a friendly, clean, sociable estate agent who works 9–5 and is often out, so you’ll have plenty of privacy.

In-person viewings can be arranged anytime in March. As seen in photos, kitchen photos are 3D images as there is currently work ongoing, but all work will be finished prior to move in date. Hence will be brand new open plan kitchen and dining area as per the photos. Living room also the same as it is (minus all boxes and clutter!!), and this is all new as of 1 year ago.

Arnold is a great location, close to shops, bus routes, and just 15–20 minutes from Nottingham city centre.
