The house is within walking distance of Arnold town centre which has great transport links to the city and other areas of Nottingham. The house has WiFi, washing machine, nice living room/dining room and good size garden. The room is newly decorated, has its own TV , a double bed and also comes with its own off street parking space. The rent is £370.00 per calendar month and the equivalent of one months rent as a deposit, is also required, all bills are included. Currently there's 3 of us living at the property, me (landlord) and 2 lodgers, 1 male 1 female. The room would suit someone who's a professional, non smoker and easy going. Generally its a quiet but friendly house with a nice home feel to it.
