A fully furnished room for rent, in my cosy, warm and friendly home. The room has been recently decorated and currently has a single bed, however I would consider purchasing a double bed for the right tenant. The rent includes all bills and wifi. There is a clean shared kitchen, bathroom, and lounge.

Situated on a quiet road with on street parking available. The house is close to all amenities, being a 5 minute walk from shops and 2 minutes from a major bus route into Nottingham city centre.

I have a cat, called Rex, however he rarely goes upstairs and is very placid and friendly.
