Room to let in 3 bedded house

Hi there, I have one double bedroom available to let with an adjoining bathroom.
Although it's a three bedded house there's only me living here currently. Decent size living/dining room, conservatory and a garden with a BBQ that I'm looking forward to lighting up as soon as the sun stays out long enough!
The house is really near to City Hospital so if you work there then it will be very easy to get to work in the morning.
I'm a nurse working at QMC, don't have to do shift work anymore so I'm out mon-fri 7-5 but around most weekends.
I'm an easy person to get along with, happy to socialise with a nice glass of something cold if that's what you're after but also happy to respect your space & privacy.
Free parking on the street available and there is a garage although that's used mostly as storage at the moment!!
