Double Bedroom With Wifi Available

We have a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes available to rent.
My Children have grown up and moved out,
I have a long term lodger who works 5 days a week and spends most of his time in his room, I work shifts my boyfriend is usualy here or we go to his for a night or two.
The house is very under used. We have two toilets, a bathroom with a shower, off road parking and a good sized garden. Your welcome to use the living room. We also have a conservatory that could easily be used for a second living area, so plenty of space and privacy if wanted. We have a cat and a medium sized dog.
