Room is to the rear therefore nice and quiet.
Very close too Arnold town centre with easy access to supermarkets, a variety of shops, bars etc.
Bus links to Nottingham are close and frequent (approx. 25 min journey)
There is an upstairs family size bathroom and a downstairs W/C with shower.
Shared access to kitchen, utility room and living room.
Standard utility bills are included in rental price but extras such as Sky/ Virgin in bedroom would be individuals responsibility, please feel free to discuss this with me.
I am laid back and easy to get a long with. I am an outdoor only smoker and would ask the same of tenants.
I am ideally looking for a female or a couple (change for couples will be reflected in the rental fee)
