I am looking for a non smoking, mature, student/Professional( preferably 35 ) plus ).You must show proof of university education, or if work , work references) to share my lovely home with me, in the Daybrook/Arnold area of Nottingham. The room is fully furnished, south facing over looking a tranquil, zen garden. Inclusive of all bills and Council Tax, wireless broadband, a washing machine, gas central heating and water for £450pcm(A deposit of £100 is also required).
The house has enclosed private, front/back gardens with ample on street parking.

The house is a 15 min walk to Sherwood high street or a 10 minute walk to Arnold town centre with excellent amenities such as four large supermarkets, Sainsburys, Aldi, Lidl and Asda
A selection of pubs, bars, restaurant takeaways, doctors, dentists, opticians, pharmacies, library, leisure centre, and a selection of high street shops such as Boots, B&M, Homebase, Argos and WH Smiths and the award winning Arnot hill park, which is ideal for a leisurely stroll to an early morning jog.
The house is close to the A60 and good bus routes to Nottingham City Centre or Mansfield. The City hospital is within close walking distance too, and there is also a direct bus route the 53/54 to the QMC and the Clifton University Campus.
*Not suitable for children, even as a weekend stay or stop over at week nights.
