Here in the beautiful village of Attenborough, with on road parking, we have a couple of rooms coming available soon, one a beautiful sunny double room, the other a second (top) floor cosy double room with view and close to top floor shower, wc and an extra kitchen for guests/lodgers to use.

It is a lovely property, set in a peaceful neighbourhood yet with excellent transport links.. The accommodation is well placed for cycle route, train or direct bus to the Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham University, and the city centre all within 20-30 mins and on a direct bus route to EMA and Derby approx 40 mins. And just a few stops or a 20 or more minute walk to Beeston centre.

Both rooms have award winning as new mattresses and have spacious wardrobes, and a desk area.

Closest shop a few mins away, pub 10
mins and eateries & shops including (M&S Food) gyms, swimming pool and Chilwell retail park 15-20 min walk.

You will always find parking on the street 1-3 mins away.

Bills are low (around £50 per room) as bills are shared with my professional family (no kids) who live here separately from the rooms advertised. I am happy to offer you a 4-6 week booking or a pay as you go 4 week at a time booking. Short term rentals incur an additional fee of £50 per month.
