Double Room to Rent in Spacious House

I am looking for a house mate to share my very spacious 3 bed house, ideally someone clean and tidy that doesn't mind me having 2 cats, which are both lovely and like attention but will leave you alone if you don't want them.
I work full time and am often busy of evenings but when I am home I like to cook and watch a good film whilst having a laugh and a natter. I am quite a sporty person with interests in horse riding, pilates, attempting the whole running thing at the moment (not going well) and just generally trying to keep fit.
