Looking for a house guest

We have a cosy 3 bed family home with a double bedroom for rent which looks out over the garden. You are likely to get the house to yourself mid-week while we are away at work. We have just renovated and repainted throughout and have a brand new large wood burner though no TV (you are welcome to use a smart TV in your room). Garden is a great spot in summer. LGBTQ+ welcome. We are at the edge of the village and there are lots of walks from the door and pubs nearby.

Parking is on street and it’s a cul de sac.

We would like a clean, tidy and quiet masters student or professional to join us. No parties.

Happy to consider short term or Mon-Fri, just contact me to discuss prices etc. Would consider a couple with increased rent and if not working from home; likewise would consider pets.

The room is available from Wednesday 5th January as we are hosting Christmas.

If you wanted to move in in December you would need to stay somewhere else from the evening of 23rd to evening of 26th Dec so my Mum can stay in the room. If you would be happy with this then would adjust the rent accordingly.
