I am advertising a room in my house to rent. My current flatmate has found pastures new so it will be available for 6/5/12. The house is a large spacious 4 bed terraced property and is decorated in a contemporary style. The exterior is spacious too with a 176 feet garden, two patio areas and several trees for features. Located 2 miles from the town centre of Newark, local amenities are even closer. The local pub is a 30 second walk as is are two schools, a petrol station and supermarket.
