You will have your own secured bedroom and share the other facilities including kitchen bathroom and living room. The rent will be covered by Housing Benefit although you will need to make a weekly contribution of £13. 58 towards utilites.

Essential requirements :- Bank Account, Referee, ID and Proof of Benefits.

We are looking for someone who is currently receiving a Benefit ie JSA who will be able to claim Housing Benefit. The successful Applicant will be someone who is looking to gain employment in the future at which time we will support you to find and move on in to your own affordable accommodation.
