The house is extremely well-equipped with 2 shower rooms, a fully-fitted kitchen (including dishwasher, separate washing machine and tumble dryer). There are 2 fridge freezers - so plenty of space for everyone's food!
The bedrooms are modern and fully furnished with double beds, laminate wood flooring, wardrobe, desk and drawers. Windows are double-glazed and free of draughts!
The large lounge has a flat-screen TV and leather sofas. There is a large garden, which is maintained by the landlord, and a bike shed. UNRESTRICTED PARKING on the street. House will be cleaned fortnightly (no extra cost).
High-speed broadband is included in the rent, as are all bills (gas, electric and water).
