I am looking for a professional FEMALE lodger preferably, for someone non-smoking, easy going, polite, sensible, mature minded female who appreciates a calm and relaxed home life, will keep the place neat and tidy as this is a home not just a rental property.
The property comprises of a front driveway where off-road parking is available. To the first floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower. With the ground floor having a living room, excellently sized kitchen with everything you need, downstairs toilet and conservatory to the rear of the property, there is also decking and a large garden.
The bedroom has a double bed with a desk, wardrobe, chest of draws, and a cupboard for some additional hanging space.
The property is ideally situated within 15 minutes walking distance of Beeston town centre and all its associated amenities as well as being 10 minutes’ walk to the A52 with its great bus routes to the University, Queens Medical Centre and Nottingham and Derby city centres.
Bills are included, such as water, council tax, TV licence, broadband, gas, and electricity (based on reasonable and sensible usage).
