Well presented double room For rent

I have a small double / larger single room for rent. The house is in a great location with fantastic transport links into the City via tram Or bus. I am a fairly relaxed person and would want you to make the house your own. I’m quite an active person so would be in and out of the property fairly regularly. The house has all mod cons internet, washing machine, tumble dryer sky tv etc all included in the price. A bi weekly cleaner is included in the price . I own a small Cockapoo called Wilson who is very loving and friendly. He is a hypoallergenic dog therefore doesn’t malt and should be an issue for people with fur or pet allergies. There has just been a recently renovated bathroom and kitchen done on the property
