1 double room for rent in 3 bed house in Beeston, available to move in from 16th Januray 2023.

The house is in a central location, only 5 mins walk to the high street, nearest tram stop & train station.

Rent includes all bills except for council tax, which is an additional £35 per calendar month, (£460 total). Students are exempt from council tax so for them rent will be £425 per calendar month. Students will need to provide proof of their course.

The house has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen has a tumble dryer along with all the usual stuff. Fast broadband as well.

The room is furnished with double bed, desk, chair, bedside table, shoe rack, set of drawers and wardrobe.

The communal areas (kitchen, bathroom & living room) are cleaned once per month.

Happy to rent to either a professional or postgraduate student (MSc or PhD). Prospective renters should be willing to provide a reference, either previous landlord or from work. A telephone number and contact will be sufficient.

Lastly I'm a live in landlord and I have a cat (Mister Whsikers) he's clean and tidy but please don't apply if that will be an issue.
