The property is very close to the new tram station and all other forms of transport for Nottingham city including the train are close by. Beeston shops, bars and amenities are approx 10 minute walk. Nottingham University entrance 5 minutes walk

On top of the rent the shared bills are Gas, Electric, water, broadband.

SOLAR PANELS provide free/very cheap electricity during the longer sunny days and lower bills in winter aswell. Extremely useful in these difficult times.

Students are exempt from Council tax if they provide correct information for the council

Rent for a single person will be £580 per calendar month
The rent for a couple would be £650 per calendar month.

Rent will be higher by £80 for non-exempt students (to cover the council tax due)
