The location is ideal. Close to the university, but also not on a busy road. Shops, cafes, fast food places are close. The road is very quiet with on road parking right outside the house.

The living room has a large flat screen TV and comfortable sofas. There is a cosy garden to the rear.

All bills are included - water, electricity, gas, and super fast broadband. Generous fair usage policy applies.

The large attic double room is 500, the two other double rooms are 450, and the large single room is 400.

I'm a live-out landlord but understand Nottingham very well and I'm always happy to help with issues. You won't be dealing with an unresponsive management company, only with me. Urgent issues are fixed within 1-2 days. Only 100 pounds deposit is required, put directly into the DPS.
