A creatively decorated house in a great location seeks students only.

Just on the market on April 29th, currently all 4 rooms are available.

Kitchen includes washing/drying machine, large fridge freezer, toaster, kettle.

The location is ideal. Close to the university, but also not on a busy road. Shops, cafes, fast food places are close. The road is very quiet with on road parking right outside the house.

The living room has a large flat screen TV and comfortable sofas. There is a cosy garden to the rear with a shed for bicycles/storage.

Bills included are ultra fast WiFi and water bills only. Students should share electricity/gas between themselves. I've been told bills are (currently) almost 50 pounds per month per person.

The large attic double room is 425, the two other double rooms are 400, and the large single room is 375.

I'm a live-out landlord but understand Nottingham very well and I'm always happy to help with issues. You won't be dealing with an unresponsive management company, only with me. Only 100 pounds deposit is required, put into the DPS.

Start date for contract is Sep 7th 2024 to August 31st 2025.
