I have a lovely double room to rent in a nicely refurbished house on Sidney Road in Beeston.

I am looking for an easy going, non-smoking, clean and tidy professional or mature post graduate student. I am a live-in landlady who works as a primary school teacher so I would prefer someone who does not work from home or shift workers.

The house is on a quiet street off Wollaton Road with a large kitchen/diner extension, living room, downstairs toilet, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. There’s fast wireless broadband, a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, full central heating and on-street parking.

The room is a double and furnished with a 3/4 bed, 1 1/2 wardrobes, bookshelf and a chest of drawers. It overlooks the rear garden.

The price is £625 per calendar month and includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax and Virgin Media). I will require references and a deposit of 1 months rent.

It is convenient for Beeston town centre and Chilwell High Road which are both a 10 minute walk away. The tram and bus stops are also roughly a 10 minute walk away and there are lots of local bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
