Lovely furnished double rooms in Beeston

Hello! Thanks for taking the time to look at my space :)

I have two double rooms available in a new build house, located in a peaceful development in the heart of Beeston.

The location offers easy access to...

- Beeston railway station (5 min walk)
- Beeston town centre (10 min walk)
- Nottingham University campus (30 min walk)

> THE ROOMS <

Each room comes furnished, with a bed/mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. Both of the rooms also have space for a desk, where you can work/study from home.

In terms of shared spaces, there is a living room with a TV, a fully-equipped kitchen (pots, pans, cutlery, air fryer, microwave, gas hob and oven, etc.), a separate dining room, and a large garden with a BBQ.

> THE HOUSE AND ME <

The house is a new build which I moved into last year, so everything is brand new.

You would be living with me (hello!) and potentially another lodger down the line.

A bit about me: I work full-time in the Insights team at Samsung, and often work from home. Outside of my job, I enjoy running, hiking, going to the pub, and cooking. Rather than listing all of my interests and having a long back-and-forth via message, I suggest you visit the property so you get a chance to see the room and we can decide if we'd be a good fit.

Please note that the room is rented out on a single-occupancy basis only (i. e. no couples). You also need to be a non-smoker and I'm afraid you are not allowed to keep pets at the property.

> THE CONTRACT <

Rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, 150 Mb internet, and council tax), as well as a TV licence.

The contract term is 12 months. Should you need to leave sooner for any reason, that's no problem - there would just be a 2 month notice period for this.
