Double room in a quiet house in Beeston

A furnished double bedroom in a four-person Beeston house share. Rent is £400 per month, with an additional £60 budgeted for bills.

The house features all modern appliances, including a tumble dryer. The local transport links are excellent, and we are lucky to have a very attentive landlady.

Currently occupied by a mature Vet student, a pharmacology student and a engineer
completing his studies. We have an amiable and considerate atmosphere in the house and are looking to have another like-minded tenant join us.

Important to note that we also have a very well trained and polite dog living with us, so maybe not the best choice if you have allergies!

Also, just a heads-up, if you're not a student, you'll need to cover the council tax. The rest of us are exempt as students, so you'd be responsible for the full amount after the discount.
