The house is an end of terrace with a big garden, situated in a quiet street just 2 minutes away from Inham Road tram stop (and 36 bus stop)
The proximity to the tram makes this room ideal for a someone studying at University Park or working in Beeston or the QMC, but Nottingham city centre is only 30 minutes away by tram.
The bathroom is shared with the landlady, with the toilets separated from bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, induction hobs, dishwasher), and a washing machine and tumble dryer are available.
Big living room shared with the cat, Sparky.
Parking off street on drive available.
Broadband, council tax and TV licence included (it is possible to have all the bills included if you'd prefer, but the monthly price would then be £595)

I am friendly and quiet, looking for someone who likes cats to share my home, and as a woman I would feel more comfortable with a female lodger.
Sparky is very territorial so I can't accept any other pet.
