Hi! I'm renting my room for 1 month, from mid march until mid April.
The room and the house are fully furnished, ready for someone to move. The room is quite large, with a King bed, a lot of space for clothes and a desk with chair. The house has a wonderful garden with a BBQ, and veg beds. You are free to plant your own vegetables If wanted.
It's perfectly located for students or young professionals: really close to the University of Nottingham, but also 50mts from Chilwell Tram station, so 20mins away from Nottingham City center. Many shops, gyms, restaurant and 3 large supermarket are in the neighborhood. Attenborough Nature Reserve is at 10 min walking.
Housemate is a professional musician, but uses headphones. House environment is really good.
