Spacious Single Bed En-Suite In Beeston

Hey! I’m moving out of my room soon and need someone to replace me. It’s a 5 month tenancy April - September, you can extend it later if you need to!
It’s a Single bed En-suite (Toilet) with a walk-in wardrobe and a very spacious room! Study table and good storage space for all of your stuff.
There’s a huge shared living room with a TV and kitchen is also quite big, we have a garden up front and at the back as well. We’ve got a washer✅ dryer ✅ and a dishwasher ✅, the house also came with their own basic cutlery. It’s a very safe area even at night and close to Lidl and convenience stores. Bus stop is 4 mins walk away, Beeston Tram centre is 12 mins walk. Beeston fields park is literally 2 mins away for you to chill.
The housemates are very chill and we always keep everything clean and tidy. Landlord is good and keeps everything updated, always answers if you need anything.
