I'm a landlord who spends long chunks of time away at once so I’m looking for someone trustworthy to occupy my flat for 4-10 months. (Short term lets considered) This means you’ll have the flat for yourself apart from a few days here and there.
I’m looking for a professional or a mature student who values peaceful and quiet type of living.
🛌You'll have a big double bedroom, furnished with a double comfy bed, desk and an open wardrobe. Everything is brand new and in immaculate condition.
🚿There's a bathroom with a shower and warm towel rack. (to be share with me only when I’m home).
🍽️Kitchen is big and fully furnished and brand new and has a small breakfast bar, cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave kettle & oven+ stove.
🛋️The lounge is small but cosy with a big sofa and small dining table. Loads of books to read.
NO TV in the house.
Everything in the flat is brand new. It’s lovely, peaceful and warm in winter.
🧼Cleaner is provided to clean as negotiated.
High speed internet.
Utility bills issued monthly but they’re very economical as the flat is highly insulated.
🚂The tram stop is a stone’s throw away from the flat and in a few stops you’ll be in Beeston, Notts Uni, QMC, town centre. There's free car parking on site.
🌳There's lots of greenery in the area and parks to enjoy. The area is quiet and safe with no traffic noises at all.
🛒🛍️Multiple shops available in Beeston and accessible door to door via tram.
Nearby corner shops are 5 mins walk away too.
I'd prefer a tenant who’s a professional and working and who’ll respect a reasonable peace and quiet at home.
NO pets
NO smokers
NO parties.
You’re expected to act economically in the flat especially during this energy crisis and have relevant common sense to look after a home as if it were your own. This includes switching off lights, heating when not in use.
NO parties or overnight visitors allowed and is therefore not suitable for first time away from home students.
NOT suitable for a couple or a person with a child/children.
